Its every girl's dream is to be a bride! I hate to admit it but it goes for me too. Once Celio asked me to marry him we immediately thought about the "big day". We browsed through different wedding sites, read magazines and articles, asked friends for advice. We often encounter articles about disaster, to put it lightly - problems during the wedding day. I told myself this should not happen to me! But of course nothing is perfect. Start of the big day - I found that my gown was so dirty, big and long! My veil has a hole and the band was late for 45 min! Good thing I prayed the rosary everyday because God sent me angels in the form of John and Madge!!! I could not survive the whole day without them. Throughout the day they were there for me - making me laugh, boosting my spirits up, coaching me, telling me what to do. Lo and behold the day went magically. In every picture I am smiling as if nothing happened! Madge transformed my blah gown to a beautiful gown made exactly for me! John and Madge initially was a vendor for me, then became my acquaintances, then my coaches during the wedding and then friends! Now looking at my beautiful pictures and video I keep on smiling because I had the perfect wedding - just the way I dreamt and planned it to be - thanks to my ANGELS!

The first time I met Madge was during my last week of wedding preparations. Nearing the wedding date, I was already committed to another make-up artist. Unfortunately, the trial make-up didn’t look natural in the photos so Jong (my photographer) brought me to Madge for consultation. I didn’t know make-up was complicated until I met Madge. What color/s would be used to perfectly match my skin tone? Is my skin acidic? Am I allergic? Wow, I really haven’t thought of that before because all the other artists I met didn’t bother to explain and test. All I know about make-up is putting on a face powder and dabbing a bit of lipstick. Thanks to Madge’s valuable advice, I was able to buy the right stuff, which I used for my wedding and up to now.
